A quick note, an invitation
Journey is where I hold space for people to live the way of joy, as outlined in The Flow Materials
The quick note:
Enrollment for Journey is open. (It’s always open - it’s just that right now, we’re starting a new journey round the year and I wanted to let you know.)

Journey is the only workshop I offer
I used to offer other programs: The Soul Caller Training, The Way of Radiance, The Soul Caller LAB. All of these are included in Journey now.
I made this decision during quarantine. When life was scary and confusing and I knew that we needed to start bringing our soul work down to earth, into our real lives, exactly as they were. How our real lives were was - they were changing, and so were we.
Soul work isn’t something we do on a weekend retreat and then forget about, when the workshop is over. Real soul work happens in the day to day. When we’re sideswiped by a news report or personal tragedy. When an illness turns out life upside down.
Soul work happens when we’re promoted or invited to expand and we aren’t sure we’re ready or capable. When we worry that we’ll let people down - that we’re not who they think we are.
Soul work happens in real places: the office, the kitchen table, at weddings and funeral homes, in traffic jams and doctor’s offices - all the places where we find ourselves, for better or worse. When we need to be collected around a core of self, a source of power that helps and supports us as we get through it.
That’s what Journey is for. It’s where I gather all the people who want to work with me into a safe quiet space.
We settle the body and nervous system.
We journey.
We journal.
We talk.
Every week.
It changes things.
People tell me what happens in Journey crosses into their dreams. That it engages and awakens lost parts of themselves they’d forgotten they left behind.
People tell me, “Journey is my soul church,” and that our weekly gatherings are a steady rhythmic devotional practice.
People tell me, “It’s been years since I felt safe to just be who I am,” and that, held in the quiet, non-judgment space of blessing, they feel free.
People tell me that Journey is their retreat space. A healing space. Where we soften our need to prove anything to ourselves, where we release ourselves from the bindings of other peoples’ expectations.
There's a general curriculum - aligned with the seasons - but it’s lightly held.
Mostly, we’re interested in what emerges between us. That's where the energy is. That's where the expansion is offering itself. That edge where something new is asking to be seen, to be heard, to be born.
Journey is circular, renewing itself endlessly like the seasons.
It’s affordable. $38 a week or $164 a month.
That comes to about $20 an hour.
You can join Journey for the year.
You can come for a season and see how it goes.
Honestly, you can stay as long as you want to - as long as you need to.
At the end of the year, you can go around again.
There’s always something new.
I think I’ve told you everything.
If you have any questions at all, just respond to this email.
I'm delighted to hear from you - and delighted to respond.
As ever,
Big big love.

Hey,
I'm wondering, on what day of the week is the journeying?
