Dear Ones: I am experiencing a . . . pause in the flow of the work. Something in me is refusing to proceed until the work is ready. While I’m concerned (on and off) about being ‘late’, I am savoring the space where all of this is moving on the interior.

I used to panic and worry about these pauses in the flow but I have come to trust them. Ah, I realize…
