"It was like the deepest sort of exhalation of, oh, this is a different kind of group entirely."
What it's like to Journey with me - from someone who's done just that
It's hard to describe what happens on our weekly Journey calls. I mean, I can tell you what happens on a call, and I have done that - at the bottom of this page.
What I can’t share with you is the interior, felt experience of a participant. So, recently, when Crosby, one of our group members spontaneously offered this summary of her experience, I asked her permission to share it with you. Here’s what she said:
“One of the things that I appreciated so much when I came into the group was that we didn’t go around and introduce ourselves. Like, “This is where I live and this is who I am and this is what I do and this is what I'm trying to like accomplish.”
“Everyone was a little bit of a mystery and then, over time, there was a sort of magic that happened… To meet each other in this new way. It was like the deepest sort of exhalation of, Oh, this is a different kind of group entirely. In other groups I’ve been in, even non-business circles, there’s still such an emphasis on one’s story, one's identity, you know? But this was different.
“I remember some of those first journeys of the year - when we were all there in the tent and the energetic imprint was so strong. I had to capture every single beautiful sentence that everyone was saying at every moment because it was like kind of bathing my body in this great nectar of beautiful language and connection.
“And I thought, This must be what religious or spiritual study is like. It has that sense of devotion. It’s a devotional thing. Until now, there had been no way for me to have that experience - and realizing that I had felt sort of starved for it. And I began to realize, Oh, this is, like possibly, the most meaningful work that I'm doing in any given week.

Here’s my perspective:
Journey is deep tissue heart work, slightly witchy, totally grounded soul work which, as we do it, moves into our bones and into our lives.
Here’s what we do:
Every week, we gather on Zoom. We close our eyes and relax, breathing together, calming the mind, calming the nervous system. You follow my voice the way you follow a yoga teacher. Inhale. Exhale. Let your body relax.
Then, as if I am reading you a story, I lead you through a magical door at the back of your own heart - a door that opens onto a field of wildflowers. You see yourself there. You feel yourself there. The sunlight on the top of your head. The gentle breeze against your skin.
I’ll lead you up a gently sloping hill, where you’ll leave your worries (and your shoes) with the guardian of the entrance. Then, you’ll enter the sanctuary in bare feet.
There’s a well here, source- fed by a clear and cleansing spring. Drink until every thirst is quenched.
There’s a fire here, surrounded by soft cushions. Find your place, warm your hands. Breathe.
All of this is inside of you. All of this is around you.
Some weeks, I’ll guide you into the enchanted forest.
Some weeks, you’ll walk the spiral labyrinth.
With each journey, there’s more discovery: a meaningful gift on the ground, a soul friend whispering clues. You’ll walk with animal guides, angels and ancestors. You’ll gather soul treasures and display them on the shelves of your own House of Self.
Your soul landscape is already a part of you. As you’ll discover, you’ve been here before - in dreams, in childhood, in flashes of intuition and daydreaming.
That’s why, after each journey, I invite you to share what you experienced (but only if you want to) and I offer my observations, insights and support.
Sharing imaginal experience helps anchor it into our waking life as real experience. This helps us discover who we really are, when the burdens of performance, competition and ‘showing up’ fall away.
Witnessing as others share their journeys - describing the gifts they received, the guides who showed up to walk with them - validates and deepens our own experience.
This imaginal work is real work and participants tell me the work we do in Journey shifts their relationships, their health and their work - and even crosses into their dreams.
Which is why, ultimately, I do this work. As a vivid dreamer and guide of souls, I love introducing you to the magic that lives inside of you. I love seeing what happens as you find the keys that are waiting at your feet and hear the whispers of your own support team, the ancestors, angels, animal guides and soul friends who walk beside you.
I invite you to join the journey.
