Reminder: Our Spring Workshop has begun!
The Reflection Work is blossoming into spring with a brand new workshop, and Module One is now live!
We’re living through such upheaval—no wonder our nervous systems feel frayed.
Lately, all I want to do is curl up on the sofa and knit, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, hiding in quiet corners of the world where the headlines can’t find me.
And yet—I still want to know. I must know. We are citizens of this world, and to my mind, there’s never been a more important time to speak, to act, to stand for what we believe in.
So how do we stay whole while the world seems to be coming apart?
How do we care for our well-being and show up for what matters most?
We turn again to the practices that steady us—the ones that soften the heart and help us stay present without burning out. The ones that remind us how to bless what we see. To reserve our energy for what truly matters. And not get tangled in endless, fruitless debates.
In our last workshop, Sacred Ache, we explored what it might mean to live as though this world is already Eden—not a distant paradise, but this, here, now. That six-week journey is still open and evergreen if you feel called to it. You’ll find it here in the Index, along with our first workshop: Constellation.
Now, this week, we step into The One Who Blesses—a spring workshop rooted in blessing as a way of life. It’s an invitation to return to Love as a lens. To see all of it—the beauty, the chaos, even the parts that frighten us—through the eyes of compassion.
It’s a powerful shift in perception. One that asks us to pause and reflect.
Without that pause, we fall back into our conditioned responses: pointing fingers, posting memes, hearts racing, nervous systems on fire. We just want to help.
But there is another way.
Let’s explore it together.
The Reflection Work is blossoming into spring with a brand new workshop, and Module One is now live! It’s here.
This first module is free and open to all—a warm invitation to join the conversation, and a gentle reminder that you’re already included. You are welcome (and encouraged) to participate - to try the exercises and join the comments. Do that here.
Sending you the blessings of this beautiful spring—even the rain, even the thunder, even the lightning.
With love,
Amy xxoo
Paid subscribers will receive a full recording—with my added reflections and contemplations—as soon as my voice returns. (It’s a bit croaky today and might be more distracting than helpful just now.)
I always enjoy the thunder and rain and the forces of nature despite the dangers they pose.
Ahhh… everything is a blessing. That is a good way to see the “all there is.” 💕
