Sometimes I need to do it wrong first
Sometimes I have to do something wrong to figure out how to do it right.
That happened with my last post. I tangled things together that need to stand on their own: a teaching about images and a book that I’m working on and a complicated meta-frame about what the whole series is doing — and gah! Too many words saying too many things making word salad out of something so simple.
Anyway, I simplified things.
The teaching post - that’s here. It’s part of a series on reading imagery in popular culture and in our own lives.
And my new book - that’s here. I’m posting it chapter by chapter on All the Books I’m Writing. I’m proud of it. I’m a little scared. You’re welcome to come along.
With love, Amy

I’ve done that too. The only difference is that I did it while coding.
