My conversation with the guides

• The Flow Materials are my personal conversations with the guides,
  a team of non-physical teachers, which include angels who visit my dreams and daily life with signs, visions and downloads. (Go to The Flow Materials)

• These messages are encoded with a clear, bright transmission of pure unconditional love to ease and support your transition into the faster, higher frequencies of our changing world. (Read about The Guides)

• As you read The Guides messages, you automatically receive this light, which you may experience as a bright, effervescence in the body, a bright buzzing sound like crickets chirping. You may sense an uptick in mood or available energy and a general sense of well-being and other ‘lightening’ effects as you attune to this field of love and blessing: a lifting of the burdens of heaviness, gloom, and generalized fear, new interests, new encounters with experiences and people whose presence brightens your life.

• The Flow Materials blog is not my diary. It’s a carefully curated work of non-fiction, part memoir, part reflection, part teaching from The Guides, including dream work. Dreams help us develop our ability to receive and interpret symbolic, intuitive guidance. In The Flow Materials, I’ll share the dreams the guides send to me - and I’ll and show you how I read and interpret their symbolic language.
