You are the light

A blessing for the coming of winter

As we enter the countdown to Christmas and the new year, I am sending you such love - and this prayer of blessing, which I wrote to hold you through the busy and often overwhelming time of year.

May you know the peace of quiet mornings and good long sleeps.

May you ask for the help you need and refuse the requests that would overwhelm your body's need for restoration.

May you put your feet up and breathe. Taking breaks for refreshment, clear water, good food.

May you celebrate with joy and ease.

May the return of the light return the light to you.

Where there is heaviness, may you know lightening.

Where there is burden, may you let that go.

May you witness the light in those whose light is not always easy to see. May this open in you the eye of the one who sees invisible blessing.

May this eye show you the many blessings of your life - and of this world.

May you know blessing.

May you know peace.

May you know love.

May you experience the radiance that is already here, even these darkest days of the year.

As we enter the winter season, I am sending you my warmest wishes. I am so grateful for you.

With Great Love,
Amy

About the program fee.
If $108 a month would be a challenge for you, feel for the monthly amount that you can freely offer without stress or stretch. There’s no need for that. The Journey begins where you are - with what you have.

If you feel called to participate, we can make that work. (We can always make it work.)
Tell me the monthly fee that works for you.
I will send you a discount code.
