My dear friend, as usual, I find your writings have brought a comforting hug. Right now, my imagination and my search for meaning in the signs and feelings all around me are plugged into my new journey. The answers come slowly as I wait to see the who, what, where, when, and how my new life will unfold. I’m excited, frightened, and grief-stricken….quite the oddest experience. I’m looking for my crow.
Your crow knows that you're looking. A bit of angel lore: it's said that it takes a little while for a soul to 'get used' to being excarnate (out of body) and also, apparently, there is a lot they have to do. And then, something shifts and the signs begin. Dreams. Feathers. Crows. Perhaps we, too, have an adjustment period when a dear one crosses over. It seems to have a pattern, a rhythm. Your sign will come. Until then, family and friends - my writing, something in a book, all of this is the crow, the friend who accompanies you.
Thank you for this touching piece on the divine showing up in many small ways.
I also appreciate the reminder to trust what a symbol means to you and not necessarily the first thing you find on the Internet.
I also have many signs and encounters with birds and feathers! In fact, I am finalizing a story about that now! I will post the link to it here once it is out! 😊
