I’ve been teaching soul work in online communities since 2009. The Workshops at Becoming Real are the culmination of that journey—the Full Curriculum, designed to help you uncover the deepest truths about yourself and your place in the world.

As a paid subscriber, you gain full access to the entire collection of Becoming Real workshops, including archived courses, so you can join any workshop at any time. These workshops are self-paced, giving you the freedom to dive into the topics that resonate most deeply with you, whenever you're ready.

The Becoming Real Workshops are an invitation to explore the deep, transformative work of soul discovery and self-expression.

Each workshop is designed to help you uncover the wisdom and beauty already within you, guiding you toward greater authenticity, connection, and joy.

Rather than adhering to a fixed schedule or catalog, I’m allowing this work to flow in a way that feels true and easeful. I will offer the workshop that calls to me most vividly in the moment—the one that feels most aligned with the season and the needs of this community.

Becoming Real Workshops began in May, 2024 and I’ll be adding more each season. You’ll find the workshops archive here. Each program will be delivered by email and made available in the archive. Take these courses in any order - in your own way and time, as they call to you..

What to Expect

These workshops are soulful, experiential journeys into themes that matter deeply: authenticity, imagination, and the magic of everyday life. Through guided practices, journaling, and reflection, we’ll explore together in a way that’s spacious, supportive, and profoundly real.

A Few Examples of Workshops We Might Explore

Blue World, Golden World
Breaking the Spell of Endlessly Trying to Fix What Was Never Broken Release the cultural spells that keep you striving and judging, and reconnect with the truth that you are already whole. This is about emergence, not accomplishment—an invitation to step into your presence as the medicine the world needs as you gently, generously offer that medicine to yourself.
Awakening the Dreamer: Exploring the Sacred World of Dreams Discover the transformative power of dreams in a journey into the language of your inner world. This workshop weaves nighttime visions with waking dreams, offering tools to integrate their wisdom into your daily life.
Flow Journaling: Opening to the Voice of Your Inner Wisdom Keeper Unblock and unlock your unique voice as you connect with your inner wisdom. Each session is a journey into the unseen, where your thoughts and feelings find their natural rhythm, and a new story—your story—begins to flow.

These are just glimpses of what might come—each workshop is alive and emergent, responding to the needs and rhythms of the moment.
