Flow 2:0 Holy Interruptions - You were made for joy
In the joy-led life, every interruption is an opening to a new pathway to be forged, a choice point. What is here to see? A fork in the road and which turning will I take?
On the morning of the second transmission, I wake up looking at a pattern of hexagons and in this image, I am given this understanding: the world is a hive. We are all in this together, collecting nectar, building and buzzing. Waiting for spring.
We have been showing you this image for some time now. We have shown this to you in dreams and in images in your waking mind. We will return to this, yes.
The Second Transmission
There is no future. Only that which we imagine could happen and that which we fear might happen And now we begin the second session, sitting with the guides.
We begin with comforting words to Amy, who needs to settle her energy to best receive our message.
Holy, holy all is well. You are here and we are here with you. All is well. We begin.
Today we will offer our message with Amy sitting at the keyboard. This is an experiment, meant to shorten the time of her process. We are clearing her energy and will begin when she is ready.
Holy Holy All is Well.
And Amy is asking us to explain why we use these words.
We use these words to help you locate us, the thread of our transmission, our voice among the many voices, one thread among the many threads. This is the first challenge of connection.
You feel for it with the mind, which discerns differences in vibration – in frequency. You know what you are looking for. You feel for it with the senses, which experience the flow as gradients of temperature, color, sound, sensation, visible images and/or pressure in the body, especially in the ears and forehead, a buzzing vibration in the throat, nervous system, hands, base of the spine [root chakra] and soles of the feet. There you are and we are here with you. There are many physical sensations, each indicating acceleration in the body and general elevated frequency.
The channel [listener, seeker]’s own concerns create density which she must breathe through and set to the side so she may settle into vibratory readiness to receive our message. All of these concerns come under the rubric of anxiety, and so it is fitting that we begin here now, by opening the discussion of fluency and anxiety or resistance to the flow of energy.
Anxiety is your resistance to holding power.
Power is the flow of moving energy. The ability to move (flow) energy is a skill and an instinct. Which is to say that you are born doing it. This skill develops naturally until you systematically un-learn it. This un-learning takes much work and time —years of schooling and indoctrination into following rules and expecting punishment.
When you expect to be punished, you learn to self-censor. You learn to repress and ignore your instincts in favor of reward, in fear of punishment. You were not made for this system - which is why it takes so long and so much work to train you into it and out of it.
You were made for joy - and the rewards of following and flowing joy through your system. For the most part, your parents, teachers and as you got older, your employers, could not help with this for they, too, were un-schooled of their natural instinct as children.
Yet it does not take much to re-member joy. You were made for this. You already know how to offer joy, to flow joy, to follow joy.
We are here now to re-mind you of joy. We are here in response to your own call for joy - which is the call of the collective heart/soul of the world. And so, we are here now to re-mind you: You are not made to follow rules and avoid punishment. You are made to follow joy and by following joy, to live a joy-led life.
And you have called our message into form by your wish for it and by your attention to it. All humanity is calling now for a return to joy.
We are here now to demonstrate the rewards of following joy.
Begin here (and now) with this. This is it. Nothing is wrong. We repeat [as stated in the first transmission] that we have chosen this title carefully as it speaks to the old command-driven mind while mapping the way to the way of joy.
And this is the map to the way of joy. Begin where you are, with what you have. Know that nothing is wrong.
This expansion of The Map to the Way of Joy came later in the transmissions.
I place it here, so that you can apply what the guides are teaching.
Begin where you are. You are here (and now).
Begin here means simply that where you are is the perfect place for joy to flow.
You do not need to change anything about how you are or where you are. All is as it should be for joy to flow.Begin with what you have.
Recognize what this is, as it is, the perfect condition for joy to flow. Nothing has to change. There is no bettewr place for joy to flow. Wherever you are is the perfect place of joy.Know that nothing is wrong.
To know that nothing is wrong means that you stand in the truth of what is real. What is real? Only love. Only the flow of blessing. To know that nothing is wrong means that all you would condemn is released back to blessing.
Back to the flow, as received.
And we are well aware that this is not easy for those trained into the system of following rules and avoiding punishment. And that is why you have called us here - to help you. And this is the purpose of our message. And this is the foundation of all transmissions in this book. We are here to help you reclaim the world for love. We are here to help you recognize what is emerging before your eyes. We are here to help you return that which you have condemned back to the flow of blessing.
Re-turning what is here with you back to the flow of blessing will require you to learn a new system - a new way of seeing. To attend to a new reality - the reality of the way of joy. It can happen in an instant but for most, it will happen (it is already happening) over time.
You will come to trust the way of joy and that will help you un-learn and turn away from the system of following rules and avoiding punishment. We invite you to approach our message with curiosity - and to test it at every juncture. Test our assertions until you can trust them, for you are building a bridge from one way of living to another - and in order to step onto that bridge, you must trust that it will hold you.
And so, here is your first invitation: Let your eyes fall upon something or someone you would condemn and ask yourself: What would this be without the bindings of my condemnation? What would this be if this were only itself? Without the application of my fear, my blame, my shame - or any other binding of condemnation added to this - what is really here with me?
You will discover - without exception - that without the bindings of condemnation, all that you look upon would be only as it is. No need to fix it. No ‘This should not be!” Only a part of the flow of this moment, this hour, a movement moving steadily by.
This is fluency, the simple flow of life. And fluency (flow) is a marker of steadiness, readiness and willingness.
And as we speak of practice, right on time, here is an invitation for Amy to practice. Amy’s husband is walking back and forth and looking in at her which is creating much interference as it draws her attention from our message to attendance to him and her concerns that he will interrupt the flow of our connection. And all of this is good as it is another opportunity to teach about the flow of energy (and attention) and the joy-led life, which is our purpose here, now and always.
I interupt the flow to underline this principle:
Notice what is happening around you
When you are thinking about something, studying something, talking about something and an emergence breaks through in the world around you, notice that. The guides have shown me (again and again) that the world is always responding to us, always playfully inviting us into relationship.
In the joy-led life, every interruption is an opening to a new pathway to be forged, a choice point. What is here to see? A fork in the road and which turning will I take?
You live in an age of interrupted attention, and you spend all day long attending to holding the thread of your own identity, while other people walk in and out, while responsibilities pull at your thoughts, while commercial messages pierce your awareness, attempting to divert your attention to their own purposes – the purchase of this hand cream or soap powder; the vote for this president or senator.
How will you manage your attention in this cacophony? Our response to this question is a question for you: If this were a holy interruption, what might it be offering? What might be available in this, here, now, for you?
This is the invitation to re-turn your attention (your gaze) to love.
Holy Interruptions
And we are showing Amy images of meditation, yoga, monks on mountaintops, people out of doors walking in nature – all of which are activities to quiet the mind and calm the attention, which eases anxiety. Holding to these visions draws you toward them. And we are showing her also, birds, ocean waves and calming music – and her husband is walking back and forth, back and forth. How perfect this is! There is much here to see.
First, let us say this: There have always been interruptions. and your increasing sensitivity is not caused by the noise of your world (and when we say ‘noise’ we include the ‘noise’ of perfumes and chemicals, toxins in the air, water and food supply, and all other seeming assaults on the senses.) Your increased sensitivity is, for the most part, the result of your evolution into higher frequency beings. At these higher frequencies, there are gifts and there are challenges. You may find it difficult to adapt to the noise of your world and to feel yourself without distortion, to hold the state of your body, mind and emotion in stasis.
This is the invitation to work with the interruption, the toxin, the noise. To dance with what is here. In the joy-led life, an interruption is a dance partner, not an assailant. It is a friend, inviting you into conversation with your willingness to change.
You are sensitive. This is not about the world being too much, too loud, too anything. This is about learning to maintain and manage - and if need be, to thicken your own boundary. This is about becoming resilient and fluent in the ways of the movement of the flow.
And Amy is tiring now - an indication that it is time for her to rest and replenish. For the resilience of the body supports the resilience of all the other flows.
As we close, we re-mind Amy that this is new material for her and for her listeners/her readers. And do not worry about this. We are here with you and together, we are finding our way. In future transmissions, we will ask her to practice speaking our words out loud, which may sped the process and ease things for her. Until then, our message is complete.
