The guides that I work describe themselves as, “a group of non-physical teachers who are devoted to your joy and peace. We are here to support your physical well-being in a time of transition.” They have called themselves, also, Angelic Guardians of the Field of Love and Blessing.
They are the invisible intelligence that inspired The Soul Caller Training, the Soul Call Cards and all of the projects that flowed out from them.
Right now, they are flowing a non-denominational message of love and peace toward the planet. They are doing this to elevate and integrate all of us into the faster, higher frequency energies moving through the earth plane at this time.
Their primary message, since the moment I first heard their message, has been: We are here with you.
“It can help as we begin, to say that you are entering a new world. It can help to think of this new world as a space—a field of holding. A sphere of golden light.”

Sometimes, they come to me in dreams. Other times, I wake with a single luminous line resting in my mind—a seed that, when written down, spools out into line after line of message.
As I’ve learned to trust this process, the flow has deepened. The Guides began to communicate in a shorthand of symbols and signs. Symbols that had appeared in a dream would show up the next day in my waking life—a word painted on a truck, the scent of roses, a prickling sensation that told me I was in the presence of something important.
These extended encounters, which I call Illuminated Experiences, became a bridge between the imaginal and the material, a dialogue between worlds. They formed a foundation beneath me as I dove ever deeper into the mysterious and magical insights offered by The Guides. (And we’ll just begun exploring them in the Workshops at Becoming Real.)

At the Threshold of the New
The months since my stroke last summer were challenging, yes, but also deeply enchanting. Just hours before the stroke, a woman’s voice spoke clearly, right into my ear. We are going to do something hard now. I will hold you every step of the way. As her presence came around, enclosing me in a cocoon of protection, like a second body, I leaned into it — and into Her. I didn’t know what was about to happen - but I trusted her. I let go of control completely. A few hours later, in my sleep the stroke arrived.
Through every step—the headache, the dizziness, the flood of medical interventions—she was there. Even now, as I’ve healed, she remains and the field of her holding has widened and deepened.
These relationships with the unseen forces that support us are mysterious, strange, and profoundly meaningful. I am a part of her now - or perhaps she has always been a part of me.

As my body healed, supported by angels, I returned to the Flow Transmissions with renewed certainty and connection. I wanted to honor this deeply moving work. So I made them a new home: The Guidebook - a new Substack space where the messages can unfold as they were always meant to—layer by layer, message by message.
The transmissions will continue be presented exactly as they come through—pure and unaltered, preserving the luminous threads of insight as they first appeared.
I have organized them into books, with the titles given by The Guides.
As a Winter project, I’ll be adding my own reflections, interpretations, and prompts to guide you into your own Flow Journaling practice. And of course, there are so many more transmissions to be uploaded and presented just for you.
